Female Leaders of the Americas (FLOTA) is a youth-led initiative that aims to connect youth from throughout the world through free virtual exchange programs. Our goal is to bring together passionate and open-minded girls from throughout the Americas and inspire cross-cultural understanding, awareness, and tolerance amongst youth. Inspiring the next generation of advocates for change and female leaders in a variety of fields.
